Roots Reggae/Dancehall artiste Kabaka Pyramid is nearing the end of his 13-date “Ready fi di Road” tour of Europe, which runs from April 20 to May 26, 2012. Stops on the tour include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands and France. Kabaka opened the tour with a show in Freiburg, Germany, delivering an energetic 40-minute set of his signature ‘rebel music’ joints inside Club Kamikaze.

The following night in Kiel, Germany, he performed for another full house, and German Reggae sensation Cornadoor joined him on stage for the first live performance of their recently released single “Final Move”. Kabaka continued on his musical mission to Annecy (France), Innsbruck (Austria), Tübingen (Germany), Fieberbrunn (Austria), Lugano (Switzerland) and several more spots in Germany and will conclude the tour on May 25 at Arnhem in the Netherlands.

Kabaka and Cornadoor

Kabaka Pyramid’s Rebel Music EP, which was released in July 2011 by Bebble Rock Records, has distinguished him among the cadre of emerging artistes and his international appeal predicts success and longevity in the music industry. Obvious crowd favourites are “Ready fi di Road”, “Prophecy”, “Warrior” and the first single from the “Rebel Music” EP titled “Free from Chains”. The music video for “Free from Chains” was released on May 9.
