Dancehall princess Tifa was the centre of attention at Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records on August 14, as she served up an entertaining set at the weekly “Behind the Screen” series sponsored by Red Stripe. She didn’t need to “spell out” why her musical stock continues to steadily soar – the strength of her performance, punctuated by hard hitting, teasing and provocative lyrics, made it expressly clear to the audience.

Before hitting the stage, Tifa premiered the music video for her hit song “Hold On”. Her set featured all the popular songs from her catalogue and cameos from fellow “Certified Diva” Tami Chynn, “Destiny” collaborator Konshens, Darrio and Suku from Ward 21. She also performed a few tracks from her upcoming album “Twisted Footprints”.
