Pay Attention returns on Saturday with performances from some of Jamaica’s prime independent artistes. The event, which was first held in 2012 as a free event, promises an eclectic showcase of talents which include Five Steez, Gully Cash, Rseenal and Jane Macgizmo – as well as DJ Inztinkz and Deadline Sound. The organizers are anticipating an engaging, high-energy atmosphere at the C&C South Beach venue.

“Anyone who has attended Pay Attention before knows that we always bring the best underground talent that Jamaica has to offer and there is an energy that is unparalleled at our event,” says host and organizer, TSD. “As usual, we have that real hip hop, which is about dope beats and rhymes, and we mix it up with other genres, which are all a part of the same family, from acts who have that hip hop flair,” he added.

This year Pay Attention partners with Hype TV, JAE Magazine, Now Playing JA, Rebel by King, Electro-Tech and Hot 102. A nominal $1,000 gets you beyond the gates or you can contact the organizers through various social media platforms for pre-sold tickets at a cost of $600. Ladies enter for half price before 10:30 pm. Gates open at 9 pm.
